





To those recent posts on buying a used BGE, congrats. I got mine off FB market place a few weeks ago and I’m so excited for our future together. First time cooking a tomahawk. Indirect at 250 for less than an hour with a few hickory sticks, let bge rip up high, apply some thyme/garlic butter before she goes on for a few minutes. Rest.
