I used to love ambrosia salad growing up, and being MDW, I really wanted some so I tried to make a "healthier version".
It came out SO GOOD that I felt like I shouldn't gate keep this.
I split this up into two servivings because it was that filling for me, but if you eat all of it together its 360 cals for 25g protien
