    Thank you! I totally get it. Arthritis in my right shoulder. I know I’m gonna have to have surgery and lately. I’ve been using my bread machine to do the heavy lifting, once the dough has been mixed in. It’s raised then I take it out and shape it so I’m glad to see one hand option
