You only need 5 minutes to make this smooth, creamy, and authentic Mediterranean hummus! It’s the perfect dip or spread — healthy, homemade, and packed with flavor.

🧄 Ingredients:
1.5 cups chickpeas (cooked or canned, drained)
3 tbsp sesame tahini
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp vegetable oil
½ lemon, juiced
½ tsp salt
100ml water
2 tbsp olive oil (for drizzling)
1 tsp sweet red pepper (for garnish)

🥄 Instructions:
Blend all ingredients except olive oil and sweet red pepper until smooth and creamy. Add more water if needed for texture. Plate, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle sweet red pepper on top. Serve with warm pita or fresh veggies!
