  3. Not a fan of that last sweet and spicy sauce. I would need to find a replacement. Maybe a peanut sauce.

  4. don't forget to make sure you use tamari or another GF soy sauce if you want to make thos actually gluten free! (am US-based in case this is country-specific)

  5. What rice paper do you recommend. Every one I seem to find are all very thick and not translucent like the ones you use here.
