β’ 500g chicken thighs or breasts (boneless or with bone)
β’ 3 tbsp yogurt (curd)
β’ 1 tbsp lemon juice
β’ 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
β’ 1 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
β’ 1 tsp paprika or smoked chili (optional for smokiness)
β’ 1 tsp garam masala
β’ 1/2 tsp turmeric
β’ 1/2 tsp cumin powder
β’ Salt to taste
β’ 2 tbsp oil (for marination)
β’ Fresh coriander or parsley (for garnish)
