I feel like this is too inconsistent for me to say what’s causing it so I’m just curious if anyone else has this issue.
I did my prep and pipe them out. I turn the oven on for a bit and then off to get a dry warm space for the shells to set. I then bake and if I have two trays, at least one always sticks to the mat and some of the shells end up unusable.
It was raining today but that’s why I do the oven method to keep the humidity around the shells low. Am I not baking long enough or did I need to leave them for longer?

These seem like they were underbaked
I’m pretty sure it’s underbaked
I believe this is your sign that they need a minute or two more baking time.
Consensus seems to be they’re underbaked. Dunno why when I’ve been using the same baking time but I’ll have to up it by a minute or two. Thanks for the responses!
Be sure that they’re not underbaked. The method I use is to pull them out when the timer goes off and use my hands to gently try and wiggle one; if the top moves even slightly apart from the bottom, pop them back into the oven for another minute or two.
Also, let the macarons cool completely on the silpat before you try to remove them. If they stick a little, lift the silpat and gently peel them off.
I have the same problem and it drives me nuts
Underbaked OR, it could be that the room got humid again as they were cooling / if you left them out overnight.
I’ve had this happen before where I baked them for the time they needed, let them cool overnight (cause I baked late) and it was humid overnight so I had sticky spots on the silicone like you do.
