I love when I can eat an entire skillet of food, yannow?
Chopped cabbage and boiled in shallow water. Put egg in the skillet and covered allowing it to steam for 8 minutes (immediate ice bath for jammy). When the cabbage was soft I added my shredded carrots, rice (I used cream of rice), soup base, and a chunk of ginger. Added a little more water and let it simmer about 5 minutes, put my haddock filet on top of the mush and let it steam til cooked.
Topped with Greek yogurt “spicy mayo” and a little rice wine vinegar. Voila, dinner in 20 minutes
