I've always loved Sardines, everyone thinks I'm insane for spending my life researching and importing sardines, I feel vindicated.
PS: These were my favorite Sardines of all times, I've went really far out of my way to have them. They are canned by a local shop near Costa Brava and served in boujee place in Barcelona.

Oh, bread with Tomato is a great base for Sardines any canned fish in oil. It’s got a decent amount of acidity and the bread soaks the olive oil wonderfully.

Can I ask how much you paid? I’d love it if places in the States sold simple platters like that. That looks superb and the olive variety is wonderful. If this is sardine summer, let’s have more restaurants sell them!
