For dinner tonight, I heated up a little bit of bone broth with scallions, cooked some mixed grain rice, and served with kimchi, a fusion red cabbage kimchi I found a recipe for, soy sprouts, and seasoned dried radish.

It was so good! I use Maangchi's recipe for bone broth, the bacon red cabbage kimchi is a recipe from the Koreatown cookbook, and then the dried radish and soy sprouts recipes are some standouts from the recently released Umma cookbook. The book's soy sprouts recipe uses some imitation crab sticks, which I left out, but still delicious.
