and then I had my eleven’s breakfast which is a very thin slice of toast like sometimes I wonder are they competing in the kitchen to how thin they can cut that slice of not a normal bread no so it’s a it’s a it’s a loaf which comes and it’s so thin it’s so thin and avocado mhm and like this little kind of sweet sauce on the top or something so it’s like an avocado toast it’s super healthy yeah I guess but it’s also yum it’s really yum i love my breakfast

  7. Avocado toast is not healthy guys its fat and carbs. Avocado with salad and protein is healthy. Any fat + carb combo is unhealthy
