    Salmon, yellowtail, eel, & uni when it’s fresh. I do some mackerel too, halibut & albacore are also delicious (not pictured)

    I haven’t had mackerel in forever… (just not one I see where I live now.) I’d like to think it’s still up there as one of my favourites alongside squid and eel

    Uni, Maguro, Unagi, & Fatty Toro easily. Yellowtails good too, and I actually like the mackerel one where they run it through salt and vinegar soaks first, think it’s Shime-Saba.

    Also, I’m going to need a side of Miso, Edamame, and some Sake; Nigori if you have it.

    Eel is my favorite. Salmon is also a staple.

    Otoro, king salmon, sakura masu, and regular ol’ toro. There’s a place here that does an absurdly good toro shiso roll. Now I’m hungry.

    I do also like a Philly roll, so.

    Hikarimono should be the answer. Iwashi, sanma, aji, and nishin are all great.

    Chu-toro, but I can rarely find it. But salmon is a must have everywhere.

    Do they do a tobiko sushi like the other eggs because that would be great.

    Unagi is great if its fresh and done right(parents own land on a river where I can catch the freshwater eel ) The frozen stuff is very hit and miss.

    Salmon is always great, I like the white Tuna albacore or escolar more than the red stuff but maybe I havent tried real good quality red stuff idk. Tamago is great

    This makes me want sushi now man fuck dont got cash for it till the 15th

    Last year I would have said Tuna but… The Salmon Roe is amazing and if you could combine the 2 I might die of a foodgasim.

    Hamachi, followed closely by Tobiko and Sake. Cannot tolerate Uni or a cold, sweet omelet (Tamago).

    If you get Tamago, Squid, Shrimp, Octopus from regular sushi place, you are wasting money since they just buy those in bulk and put on there. If there is a place that makes Tamago in house, that’s real fucking sushi place.
