1st time making Greek Oregano Capsules. Size “0”
not bad for sausage rollers and a coffee today we’re making oregano oil we infused it with our Altafuse it is in Greek Greek oregano oil i think we’re at week 13 of rain so we’re going to try to do something jamie and I are making oregano oil for medicinal purposes those are single capsules we got Let’s see what we got over here size four yeah those are too small I think first time doing this till’s under the table so if she comes up and bangs on this I think we’re going to make a mess so far so good so you should look up oregano oil and its benefits it’s natural [Music] antibiotic supposed to help with inflammation respiratory illnesses use it you can ingest it you can use it in cooking although I think as Jamie mentioned if you cook it I think it will kill some of those properties but you can use it as a topical skin rashes i’ve been hacking hacking up and coughing for the last week or so that’s what kind of inspired me to make this this has been sitting here for a while but I haven’t made it in the pill form i haven’t been taking it but I just took uh two pills that I just made uh probably 20 minutes ago and I’ve stopped coughing kind of so I’m kind of curious i can definitely taste it and feel it i think it is a Got to be careful if you’re on a blood thinner so got it from my dad as well so that’s it as easy as that gelatin caps go from there
