🥣 Ingredients:
– Penne pasta – 200 g
– Chicken breast – 200 g
– Fresh spinach – 100 g
– Greek yogurt – 3 tbsp
– Garlic – 1 clove
– Onion – ½
– Lemon zest – ½ tsp
– Olive oil, salt, pepper
– (Optional: parmesan)

🔥 How to make it:
Cook the penne until al dente.
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Transfer to a blender, add yogurt, lemon zest, salt, and pepper – blend until smooth.
Sear the chicken, add the sauce and mix with pasta.
Top with parmesan and serve!
