Looks like an Italian long hot to me. Not sure what the breed is actually called, but in northeastern US where im originally from, they’re colloquially called Italian long hots.
Google says it’s a hybrid pepper but doesn’t tell me what they’re a hybrid of, but if you look up a long hot, yours look exactly the same

Do you recall what you had? It would help narrow it down. If I were to guess, it would be a type of Cowhorn pepper.
I’ve never grown that variety, a second opinion from someone versed in them would be good.
