One time I ordered ramen from a foodtruck and I swear it was just old soggy instant ramen. It was awful. I even started to be paranoid the meat they used could be rat meat just based how bad it was and the meat had a different texture than I’m used to. Never went there again. I even remember the owner seeming angry that he had to take my order or something.
