Besides, the sodium intake alone from one Ramen pack is already close to the daily recommendation by the who (1500 – 1800 mg compared to 2000 mg daily recommendation). It’s no wonder you get heart burn afterwards. Do not cook it, do not eat it. But don’t throw it away. Keep it as a display of what stupid and entitled people do in the kitchen.

I did something like this the other day out of boredom, I made some chow mein noodles and instead of water, I used broccoli cheddar soup and microwaved it for 4 minutes and it was surprisingly good and tasted very similar to an alfredo.
