Red wine caramelized onions, 1-pound 73/27 patty seared then brought up to medium in toaster oven. Soaked the fries for a while then double fried them in lard. I don't remember what I put in the sauce, mayo, Melinda's habanero sauce, garlic, relish, ketchup, mustard, etc
