Meatloaf Grilled Cheese

I’m not exactly sure how to explain this one. Duke’s mayo, cheddar (x2), crispy onions, and meatloaf on white bread that was grilled in butter. Served with a side of pickle-flavored ketchup. We decided to do meatloaf because we’re celebrating King of the Hill’s comeback, so excited!

Husband was very excited about his lunch today! Today was a good day with no episodes, so I was able to put in a bit more effort – albeit quite the ugly sandwich due to the poor meatloaf crumbling! Anyways, he was also packed with fruit.
