    Ingredients

    – 150g strawberries (frozen)
    – 100g blueberries (frozen + a few extra for garnish)
    – 50g TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein)
    – 15g flaxseed (ground)
    – 50g vedge vanilla protein powder
    – A pinch of salt
    – A small amount of baking powder
    – 1–2 tbsp unsweetened coconut yogurt (optional topping)
    – Pumpkin pie spice (a light sprinkle, optional)

    Instructions

    – Microwave the frozen strawberries and blueberries until soft.

    – Blend the fruit until smooth.

    – Add TVP, flaxseed, and protein powder to the blender and blend again.

    – Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe bowl.

    – Mix in a pinch of salt and a little baking powder.

    – Microwave for 5 minutes.

    – Add coconut yogurt, pumpkin spice, and extra blueberries on top if you want.
