A new H Mart just opened with a much larger inventory than the one that was closest to me before. Although I passed on the silkworm pupa 😅, I picked up a can and a jar that are strangely nameless, though imported by B & I Overseas. Products of Latvia. Will report back on these someday.

The tuna with hot pepper is a great alternative to pork for making kimchi jjigae. The whelk is great in salads.
Can this be the same HMart business found in Seattle? I was in Seattle last week on business, and on my first journey out of the hotel I came across an HMart and found their tinned seafood collection pretty fast. I stocked up on a few cans, none familiar, all were very enjoyable. I finished all but one, and I brought it home so I could get more online. HMart was a cute store. Lots of things I don’t typically see.
Would love to hear what you found. Your HMart had way, way, WAY more deens than the one I was at.
