The Peninsula Beverly Hills introduced Angelini Grill, a limited-time culinary residency from July 8-Aug. 2, in partnership with Angelini Osteria, Los Angeles’ famed authentic Italian restaurant helmed by renowned Chef Gino Angelini.
Inspired by sun-drenched Italian summers, family gatherings and the simplicity of great food, Angelini Grill will inspire connection through classic dishes and an intimate setting. Nestled amid the tree-lined elegance of Santa Monica Boulevard, The Peninsula Beverly Hills will be a stage for an unforgettable culinary experience. The hotel’s signature restaurant, The Belvedere, will be the venue for this epicurean journey, where the scent of charred herbs, citrus and flame-kissed meats will entice curious guests and locals alike.

Angelini Grill will feature a dedicated menu crafted by Angelini and Angelini Osteria’s Executive Chef Gianpiero Ceppaglia. Guests can expect an assortment of classic and adventurous flavors with dishes such as a fresh and elegantly layered lobster salad with citrus and fennel, vitello tonnato – a savory nod to Angelini’s Northern Italian heritage – a theatrically prepared tableside dover sole romagna fillet and a tasting dish featuring Angelini’s beloved pastas. Throughout the years, Chef Angelini has been praised for his culinary philosophy, where his dedication to true Italian tradition and high-quality products shines. Angelini Grill will reflect the approach and provide a new way to experience the restaurant’s exceptional fare and The Peninsula Beverly Hills’ five-star service.
Since its opening, Angelini Osteria has become a favorite Italian restaurant in Los Angeles, winning over customers with authentic dishes in a warm, intimate setting. This summer, discerning travelers and Angelenos can find a unique experience inspired by Angelini’s signature cuisine and hospitality at The Belvedere, The Peninsula Beverly Hills’ elegant European Brasserie where art, cuisine and Southern California luxury blend seamlessly.
