Been living in my area for 8 years and I just discovered the most amazing soba place 😠the dashi was amazing with full yuzi flavor. They have jyuuwari(100%soba) and stone ground soba. I got jyuuwari bc it my favorite. So happy I can get it close by now. Course I can always buy jyuuwari from the store
