Any ideas on the calories? It’s a kid sized bowl, filled as shown in photo. Has rice, egg, garlic, isn’t very oily as it’s made for the children in the kindergarten I work at.

Just to clarify, I ate 2 bowls of this and wanted to track how much I ate in my food log, hence the reason I’m asking for an estimate 🙂 clearing up any confusions.

Idk maybe 400 for the two bowls? Rice is usually like 200 a cup cooked but with the egg it’s hard to tell if that’s even a full cup in the bowl. 450 max I’d guess
