I made assorted macarons and mini chocolate éclairs.
The banana is banana flavored, pink is strawberry rose water, green is key lime , and the orange is orange blossom peach. I used a flower tip to make the orange look like a little flower

I’m glad the banana is banana flavored, because if I were served that and it were flavored any other way, I would walk back into the kitchen, try to avoid getting my shit rocked by every single line cook, and then throttle Chef.
Well done though! I’m a big fan of macarons and other “delicate” desserts. They’re very difficult for me to make correctly, so I just pay others for them.
O man. As a lover of lemon flavor who also despises anything banana, this little plate at a big event would be such a godsend to me. No unfortunate banana surprise in my face!
