Depending on local regs….that is possibly a viable business opportunity. Having the fresh and grey water tanks and a hand wash sink makes me think you could register that thing and start a business.

Very cool cart: the fresh and grey water tanks are quite the surprise. When I saw the sink I assume it was attached to a hose hookup with an unconnected drainage line. I agree with others – looks suited for commercial application.
I’m waiting for the version that also includes a Big Green Egg and a beer cooler

Looks neat but without doing a price check there’s like $1k or less worth of actual cooking equipment that would impact the quality of the food you make. This is like those guys in high school that would have a Honda Civic with paint job, graphics, and a body kit with absolutely nothing don’t under hood (okay maybe an intake and exhaust). The point is that the vast majority of the money of the project is in the bells and whistles. Maybe I’m just too practical (ok I definitely am) but you’re better off putting $1k into a tow behind old-school pit smoker.

All that awesome effort, and they put a cheap Wal-Mart smoker on it? Could have at least spent a few extra bucks on a RecTeq. The Yoder built-in would have made this rig PERFECT.
