Ingredients:
* Mixed greens (like arugula, spinach, radicchio) – (200 g)
* Cucumbers – 2 small
* Radishes – 4–5
* Cherry tomatoes – 10
* Olives – (50 g)
* Feta or plant-based feta – (100 g)
* Walnuts – (30 g)
* Extra virgin olive oil – 3 tbsp
* Balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp
* Salt & freshly ground black pepper – to taste
