RIGHT. We actually made it for breakfast and put a fried egg on it. It was awesome. I’d do it again.

Yes! We really enjoyed it too!! Even my son who never eats HF enjoyed the “pancake”. Afterwards I told him it was polenta and he was okay with it. I’m going to do this one again, I have an extra polenta package but I’m going to flatten them more so they’re even more like a pancake and I don’t have to put them in the oven.
