I usually eat 200-300 calorie breakfast and lunch then have a big dinner and a fiber one bar crushed into my yogurt for dessert

same! I skip breakfast, have a small lunch, and a normal sized dinner. Last night was pasta with marinara sauce and meatballs, been enjoying chicken pesto arugula sandwiches as well. Your dinner looks like it was delicious!

I have 3 small meals and a protein shake/bar. Usually I have a protein shake in the morning and then those meals about 4 hours apart. But if I am on the move that day, I have breakfast and then a protein bar between that and lunch. Otherwise I’ll be too hungry.

I don’t eat until like 2pm most days. Not on purpose. Just not hungry 😅 then I have a snack before I workout. Usually fruit. Late lunch after my workout. Big dinner at 7:30ish and a little protein filled dessert an hour later.

25% for lunch, 25% for dinner, and the rest pretty evenly split between breakfast, an afternoon snack, and an evening snack. My longest time of not eating during the day is between breakfast and lunch so sometimes that I’ll split up into an early morning snack and a later breakfast. I’ve tried most configurations and find this works best for me to be able to have high enough energy and focus to be able to work and exercise as much as I need to

I intermittent fast so I skip breakfast
Lunch protein shake, Greek yogurt and rice cakes
So I save most of my calories for the day for dinner
I’m around 1400-1500 cals avg for the day

Basically the same here.
– Breakfast (either a yogurt bowl with fruit and cereal or oatmeal with egg whites) (200-300kcal) at ~10AM
– Lunch (some sort of salad) (300-400kcal) at ~3PM
– Dinner (varies quite a bit, but in general some variation of veg + protein + starch) (700-800kcal) at ~5PM
I’m really trying to guess what you had for dinner based on the ingredients you logged ..

I am not a breakfast eater and I am busy at work in the morning so I eat a max of 500 calories during lunch, 500 calories for dinner and the other 500 can be for snacks throughout the day.

I have a 6 hour window I eat in. Not by choice, thats just what ends up happening.

I do omad and fast the rest of the day so it’s super easy lol, the hunger pangs went away in like a week for me.

I usually only eat twice a day. At 11 and 6- so I normally have a 500-600 cal lunch – and then I have plenty left for dinner

I tend to stay up pretty late so my late night snack will be the first thing I log. Then during the day I’ll normally skip breakfast. Most of my calories will be split between lunch and dinner so I can have two decent sized meals. If I have any calories left over I might have a bit of desert.

And I head to bed around 8.
