Brownie Pie Recipe

I turned THE Reddit brownie recipe posted a few years ago (find original post here) into a brownie pie. I used a deep dish pie pan and it was perfect. If you have a shallower pie pan, maybe half the recipe for the brownie batter.

This might be my new favorite way to eat brownies. It is rich and chocolatey, so a small slice goes a long way.

There’s no link for the original post. It looks so good I want to make one

hey it looks great but shouldn’t you brown the butter first? that’s a pretty vital step in moonjelly33’s original recipe

Did you change anything so it wouldn’t be so dry together? (Brownie + crust)

I’ve been wanting to make some tollhouse pie but seeing this makes me think I should make brookie pie instead!

  5. Did you blind bake the crust? This looks incredible.

What do you get out of the pie that you don’t get out of the brownies? Doesn’t the brownie flavor overwhelm the crust flavor?

What have you done? May God help us all.

    That looks delicious.

YES!!! I love it! My grandparents took me to a local restaurant that had a brownie pie. Literally the best thing I’ve ever ate.
