Keep me accountable!! A few years ago I lost 20lb calorie counting and going to the gym. I’ve gained all the weight back over the last few years just enjoying life and taking it a little too easy.

Now I’m getting married in November! I’m trying to lose 15-20lb again. I’ve started tracking my food again and it feels good to take control! I’m going to try to share here WIEIAD more often as a way to keep myself accountable.

SNACK: pistachio chia pudding & fruit (260c 12p) fruit (40c) – 300cKals & 12g Protein

DINNER: Nepalese momos 3 veggie, 3 chicken (350 cals – 15g Protein)

DRINKS: 2 glasses of white wine (or 300 cals)

DAILY TOTAL: 1512 kcal, 77 grams of Protein
