This Snickers inspired high protein bowl is super creamy and full of peanut butter flavor! Here`s what you need…


High Protein ‘Snickers’ Yogurt Bowl

INGREDIENTS (1 serving)
1 scoop (25 grams) protein powder, vanilla flavor
2 tbsp peanut powder (PB2) or 1 tbsp (10 grams) all natural peanut butter
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (150 grams) Greek yogurt, 0% fat
1 tbsp (10 grams) date syrup
1/2-1 tbsp (5-10 grams) water
1 tbsp (4 grams) PB2 (optional)
1/2 tbsp (5 grams) peanuts
1,5 tbsp (15 grams) dark chocolate chunks, at least 70% cacao
1/2 tsp coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour the protein powder, PB2 or peanut butter and Greek yogurt into a small bowl. Stir with a spoon until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Flatten the top with the back of the spoon. Set aside.
2. Take a small bowl and pour the date syrup, water and optionally PB2 into the bowl. Mix with a spoon and poor it over the yogurt mixture. Spread it out evenly with the back of the spoon. This will be your `caramel`layer*.
3. Sprinkle the peanut on top.
4. Take another small bowl and add in the chocolate chunks and coconut oil. Melt for 40 seconds in the microwave on high (900W). Then stir into a ganache and pour it over the `caramel`layer. Spread it out with the back of the spoon.
5. Put the bowl into the refrigerator for 45 minutes for the chocolate to set.

NOTE
*Caramel layer: You can also make a `caramel`by blending 2 (40 grams) medjool dates with 1/4 cup (60 ml) water in your blender. I didn`t have any dates, so the recipe as discribed is another option.
