    910 g bread flour
    3 C warm water
    1 TBSP yeast
    1.5 TBSP kosher salt
    2 TBSP sugar

    Let rise 2 hours then refrigerate over night

    In morning form 12 equal balls and rest under tea towel for 20 minutes. In batches of 4 boil in water + sugar + baking soda for 90 seconds, flipping once. Drain on tea towel and place on pizza peel covered in whole wheat flour. Sprinkle w everything seasoning before putting in oven

    Bake in 500 F oven on a baking stone for 15 minutes.

    Wait as long as your body will allow and then eat, preferably w egg, bacon, and cheese.
