Main issue is that I don’t know how many grams of beef I ate since I wasn’t about to bring a food scale to the restaurant. I’m terrible at eyeballing weight so hoping this thread can help.
I told myself I wasn’t gonna have any you tiao (fried dough sticks) but you know how it is. Tempting carbs and poor willpower is usually not a good combination for the cut.
