I made this for “Pride” week over at r/52weeksofcooking. I used a sourdough crust, Ragu for the sauce (I was being lazy this week), mozzarella cheese, and edible glitter made from mica. Despite its appearance, it tasted really good!
Usually glitter I think would add a textural component that is in my professional technical opinion: icky. But it’s pride month so I’ll allow it. Case dismissed. *bangs gavel with an undue amount of authority.

As a primary school teacher, seeing glitter just gives me PTSD.
I feel like the glitter is the crime. If you’d dyed the dough in different colors it would have been innocent.
