https://feelgoodfoodie.net/recipe/greek-meatballs/

if you want to make juicy meatballs start with a slice of bread and milk it basically prevents the meat from shrinking too much and becoming dense to make them even more juicy add some crumbled feta cheese inside now instead of baking them on their own you can bake them on top of potatoes for a full meal and make some tassiki on the side with shredded cucumbers and Greek yogurt while the meatballs are baking then you can remove the meatballs and toss the potatoes with any juices from the meatballs and then serve it all together for a seriously flavorful meal my son asks for this meal all the time it’s one of his favorites

  2. Looks so amazing, I am definitely going to make these! I am half Lebanese and you remind me so much of my mom and of her cooking.

  3. With the soaked bread that's how burgers/meatballs are made in Germany in general.
    Without the feta though. 😅

I highly prefer them fried/baked in a pan though. They get way tastier that way bc. of the roasting flavours.
    😊

    I prefer

  4. Tip if you are gluten free, is to use a boiled, cold potato that you grate, instead of the bread. Everything else the same.

  5. I think this is Turkish like most of the Greek food. I traveled to Turkey Istanbul, Hatay, Meditarrion cost and the Cappadocia. I taste a lot of dishes.
