My second time making salsa. I made it hotter this time!

  1. Recipe:

    6 medium beefsteak tomatoes

    2 bell peppers (yellow and orange in this case)

    1 spanish onion

    6 cloves garlic

    16 scorpion peppers (120g)

    1.5 tsp salt

    3 Tbsp lime juice

    I quartered the tomatoes, peeled the garlic, sliced the onion thick. Tossed everything in oil, and broiled until charred. Added salt and lime juice, and blended lightly, so it stays slightly chunky. Total yield about 1kg. It’s pretty hot, so it should last me more than two days.
