

Nothing fancy, just salted and left in the fridge for about 8hrs, then pepper, garlic powder, and a bit of a mix I had, 1.5hrs of indirect heat…and my wife, who is an excellent chef, wants more.
It's been a while since I even had a BBQ, but it's kinda like riding a bike…at least for easy stuff like this. 🤷♂️😋

Looks great! Quarters on the grill are the best
Looks great! Hard to beat chicken on the grill – especially skin on. Get some post oak wood and throw a chunk on the coals, cook indirect just like you did and mmmmhmmm….damn good chicken.
I did breasts on my performer last weekend. They were a perfect lunch and a few dinners for the whole week. Definitely doing it again tomorrow if we don’t get torrential rain.
They look great…is that soaking wood in the Tupperware?
