Rather than simply ordering a drink, you begin by selecting from an extensive list of beans—each with its own unique profile—and then choose your preferred preparation method.
The beans are vacuum-sealed and stored in a freezer behind the bar to preserve freshness. The puck prep is executed with remarkable precision, more reminiscent of a meticulous home setup than a commercial café.
If you’re in Sacramento, I wouldn’t even consider another shop until you’ve explored the full bean list here. And by the time you make it through, odds are the owner will already have new offerings in rotation—each carefully selected to keep the menu fresh and exceptional.
