of Ly Please welcome Maria Ly Hello This is a treat Okay Whole fish We’re going to grill a whole fish today It’s very intimidating for noncheffy people Come on It’s so easy It tastes better too doesn’t it With a whole fish Yeah Well we make everything taste better you know with the Greek She’s Greek You know that That’s right I’m Greek Okay So what do we look for in a whole First of all you see the eyes Yes Are clear Okay Then you smell If it smells fishy say to your fish That’s it That’s good That’s it That’s it That’s it Smell Then what else you need Touch it like that You see it’s
