Did I do good? Smash burgers I made the last couple days

  1. You didn’t use an AI filter which adds points already, good colour on the patties, sexy cheese melt. 12/9.

    I like some condiments, maybe some super thin sliced onions (soak them in water for a bit before putting on the burger to improve the sweet character and cut a bit of the pungency)

    I can’t wait for the smash burger fad to go away and we can all go back to making regular burgers.

  3. At least 80/20 beef ripping hot pan with little oil. Smash well and make sure you press the edges down good so they don’t lift and you should be good to go.
