in France there’s no summer without tapen the traditional recipe is with black olives but I love to make this version with green olives almonds and basil and the best part it’s ready in 5 minutes you just need green olives anchovi cap some basil garlic ground almonds honey and to finish some lemon juice and olive oil now you want to blend everything together make sure to leave just a little bit of texture perfect as a dip but also with some roasted vegetables pasta or sandwiches
