I'm doing babybacks and short ribs. Half are BBQ rubbed, half are chipotle based.

  4. Just a rack of ribs for me. Gonna do no wrap on them. My 2nd was just born a little over a week ago and do not have the energy in me to fuss.

    Since there was rain the forecast, I reverse seared a dry-aged porterhouse and two whole lobsters yesterday. Dry-packed sea scallops today.
