I am going to spend Father’s Day with my new Napoleon Pro22 Kettle. Need to do a burn in and then I have a bunch of food to make. What a lovely day!! Have fun and make great food!

About to prep the kettle for smoking St Louis Ribs via the snake Method. Should be just about done by the time guests start arriving. Happy Father’s Day all!
Smoked a couple of tenderloins yesterday. Marinated them in (just go with it) Taco Bell Creamy Chipotle sauce. I would have never thought to do so until my buddy showed me. In both instances, tasted phenomenal. Added some Famous Dave’s Sweet and Sassy Bread and Butter pickles and an old fashioned hamburger bun for the perfect pork chop sandwich!
