help figure out the calorie count of this croissant cookie from Paris Baguette. It’s a croissant topped with a cookie and also filled with cookie dough. I’m not sure if the calorie count on the label is accurate…

It says in parentheses that theres 3 servings total. So 1 is almost 700 calories

honestly? i’d believe it. paris baguette’s croissants aren’t super buttery, and are honestly more low calorie than most since they’re not “real” croissants iirc (though i haven’t been there for a bit).
i’d probably go for a bigger estimate, though, just because some bakers will add more cookie dough and it’s up to interpretation half the time at these places lol.

also, their mini croissants are pretty small so that cookie’s not too big either.

i’d log at 300/350 depending on how it looked compared to the others.

The entire pastry is 690 cal, it says one serving is 230 cal and on the bottom of the cal it says there’s 3 servings in one 🙂

It’s accurate. Look closely at the inscription. 230 calories is for one serving. The entire pastry is 3 servings. 690 calories for the whole thing.

230 per serving. Yes it’s accurate. About 700 cals

690 for the whole thing since it’s 3 servings. So you know what that means? Save up calories at the end of the day and demolish the whole thing, that’s what I’d do

Each bite is a serving and the least satiating bite you have ever had. LOL! Most people could polish off at least two of those things in short order and, of course, still be hungry.
