Air Fryer mozzarella sticks (gluten free) for your game day snack!! I got everything I needed at Sprouts because they had all of the gluten free alternatives. #ad

INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg Sprouts mozzarella string cheese
3/4 cup gluten free flour
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 eggs
3 cups gluten-free panko breadcrumbs
Avocado oil spray
1 cup Sprouts marinara sauce (for dipping)

DIRECTIONS
Unwrap the string cheese and cut each stick in half, creating 24 smaller pieces. Prepare 3 bowls. Bowl 1: Gluten-free flour. Bowl 2: Whisked eggs. Bowl 3: Gluten-free panko breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper. Roll each piece of mozzarella in the flour. Submerge it fully in the eggs. Coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat the process of dipping in eggs and breadcrumbs for an extra crispy layer. Freeze for at least 1 hour to prevent cheese from melting too quickly while cooking (this step is essential). Preheat your air fryer to 390°F. Spray the air fryer, place the mozzarella sticks in a single layer in the air fryer then spray the tops with avocado oil spray. Air fry for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve immediately with warmed marinara sauce for dipping. #SproutsFarmersMarket #LoveSprouts #SproutsHealthySnacks

welcome back to my air fryer Series where I teach you how to make an easy appetizer for game day using items from Sprouts Farmers Market who doesn’t love mozzarella sticks these are crispy on the outside with a gooey melty cheesy Center just wait for the cheese pull at the end prepare three bowls one with gluten-free flour with salt and pepper Bowl number two is whs eggs Bowl three is gluten-free breadcrumbs these are made from cauliflower roll each piece of mozzarella in the flour the eggs and then coat in the breadcrumbs repeat the process for a super crispy exterior once all of them are coated you’ll freeze it for an hour absolutely crucial step there’s only eight ingredients and all of them are gluten-free and you just need 7 Minutes in the air fryer I love dipping mine in Sprouts marinara the full recipe is in the caption and this is going to satisfy any cheesy craving
