Followed Joshua Weisman’s recipe on YouTube and it came out really good! Have you tried different paella recipes and have one you always go back to? As much as I want to try new recipes, this one was really good and I want to go back to it.

I’m busting waiting for the paella purists to come in and say it’s just rice, and not actual paella. Happens lots when people post their paella.
