Had to cook the family up some ribeyes for Father’s Day in the Weber 🙂
Not the most perfect cook, the probe was set off center on accident but everyone was happy! Love helping the rents out with their years and cook some dinner while I’m in town!

The infamous probe hole. If you insert from the side, you should end up with only one slice with a hole when cutting across the grain. Looks great otherwise. Happy Father’s Day.
