First time beef ribs at 275, how did I do?

    How long did they take? I’ve been making 2-3 lb brisket points lately. Nice and easy lazy same day smoke for us. but, I’ve been eyeing beef ribs.

    These are chuck short ribs. Plate ribs are the ones you really want for bbq. These are ok, but not great. Did them once and never bothered again. Plate ribs are the big dino beef bones.
