1/3 cup (80g) tahini
Juice from 1 ½ lemons
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 garlic cloves, grated
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon chopped dill
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons vegetable stock

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the tahini, lemon juice, garlic powder, and grated garlic. The mixture may thicken or seize up—don’t worry!

Stir in the chopped cilantro, dill, and Greek yogurt until smooth.

Thin the Sauce: Gradually stir in vegetable stock, one tablespoon at a time, until the sauce reaches your desired consistency—creamy and pourable.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed—add more lemon juice for brightness, or a pinch of salt if your veggie stock is unsalted.
